SPINDLE MILL COTTAGE SKIPTON

Spindle Mill Cottage sits in a conservation area and is less than 1 minute's walk to the attractive canal basin and the historic old town. As part of a terrace of five mews cottages, this charming house was only recently built but is sympathetically positioned in one of the prettiest parts of the town. The Tourist Information Office is across from the house.The property is furnished to a very high standard and consists of an open plan lounge and dining area. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bedroom is large and the other 'cosy'. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC, washbasin and shaver point.

The fitted kitchen is modern and bright with fan oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge and microwave. Centrally heated, there is also a living flame gas fire in the lounge. There is an alarm system should you wish to use it and fire detectors for your safety.At the rear of spindle mill cottage you will find a pretty courtyard that backs onto the Eller Beck. You can also view the canal springs. The property has direct parking at the rear for up to two cars and additional residents parking if required.

We have a no smoking policy and unfortunately no pets are permitted. The property is not suitable for children under 10. Heating Lighting linen and towels are all included in the weekly tariff. Short breaks are also available at certain times of the year.
